This hotel suits me perfectly with great amenities like free parking, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor swimming pool. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost earring on my first stay! I recommend enjoying breakfast there.

The noise from the industrial machine next door is unbearable!!! Constant wake-ups from cleaning staff despite Do Not Disturb signs, frustrating!!! Parking situation feels chaotic during busy times and the pool never quite warm enough!!!

The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of Mexican dishes. The friendliness and attentiveness of the serving staff made each morning pleasant. I particularly loved the city view from my room, adding a nice touch to our stay with lovely sunset sights.

The noise from nearby establishments was a bit disruptive at times, affecting my overall relaxation.

The excellent breakfast buffet included a wide variety of delicious options, especially the thin crispy fries. The staff's friendliness went a long way in making the experience enjoyable. However, the pool was closed for maintenance during the final days of my stay, which was disappointing. Additionally, the limited English-speaking television options were unexpected and could use improvement. Despite these issues, the location was superb, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.

A Great Stay with Minor Quirks

Enjoyed the superb breakfast buffet with a variety of Mexican dishes and fresh fruit. The staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort. While internet was spotty on the 4th floor, the rooftop pool offered stunning views. Recommend earplugs if noise sensitivity is a concern!
